When you make a contribution, we store what you choose to show publicly: your display name, an optional message, and an optional link. We store the contribution amount and a payment reference. We do not collect or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
We rely on: Stripe (payment processing — see Stripe's privacy policy), and avatar/favicon services (e.g. unavatar.io, Google favicons) to display a picture from a link you provide. If you provide a social link, that service may load the corresponding public avatar.
We use minimal technical storage needed to run the site. Any analytics used are aggregate and do not identify you personally.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted (e.g. your public name/message). Send a request to contact@thebidbattle.com and we will act on it within a reasonable delay.
We keep contribution data as long as necessary to run and display the battles and to meet legal/accounting obligations. Questions: contact@thebidbattle.com.
