BidBattle is an online entertainment and parody game. Users pick a side in a light-hearted "battle" between public figures or topics and can contribute money to show support for their side. The battle is purely for fun and bragging rights.
BidBattle is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any candidate, party, campaign, or public figure. Any names or likenesses are used for parody and commentary. Portraits may be AI-generated. Contributions are NOT political donations: money goes to the platform operator, not to any candidate, campaign, or election, and is not used to influence any election.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A contribution is a voluntary payment for entertainment; it does not purchase any physical good and gives no financial return, ownership, or winnings. The "winning" side earns only bragging rights, never money. Contributions are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion.
If you add a name, message, or link, you grant us the right to display it publicly on the site. You must not submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes others' rights. We may filter, remove, or refuse any content at our discretion.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
